邵逸夫医院肛肠外科是新近成立的医院重点学科。目前有教授（主任医师）2人，副教授（副主任医师）2人，具有硕士及以上学历7人，其中有4人留学美国。可以开展肛肠外科范围内的各种手术。如各种大肠癌根治术、淋巴结清扫术、各种贮袋成形术、骺尾部及盆腔肿瘤切除术，各种先天性巨结肠手术，各种括约肌成形术等。同时本科室还承担的大肠癌的基因治疗等基础研究，已经申请到国家自然科学基金2项，省厅级基金3项，已获浙江省科技进步奖1项，其它省厅级奖1项。已发表文章48篇，其中SCI收录23篇， 一级期刊 15 篇。
医疗特色：
大肠肿瘤的诊治
提高低位、超低位直肠癌保肛率：在 TME(全结肠系膜切除术)原则下,应用双吻合器技术，对超低位（距肛门4－5厘米）的直肠癌病人成功的保留肛门。
腹腔镜下大肠癌根治手术。减少病人创伤，恢复快。
腹腔镜下大肠癌根治手术。减少病人创伤，恢复快。
全大肠切除回肠贮袋肛管吻合术：适应症包括：溃疡性结肠炎，克隆氏病及家族性腺瘤性息肉病
便秘的外科治疗：通过肠道压力测试仪、结肠运行试验及排粪造影等检查,确定病变结肠范围，切除病变结肠， 从根本上治愈了便秘。
痔、肛瘘、肛裂的外科治疗：用PPH(吻合器痔粘膜环切术), 减轻患者的痛苦，缩短住院时间，降低术后复发率。
各种复杂疑难病症的诊治：具有很强的解决肛肠外科范围内复杂疑难病症的能力，包括复杂性肛瘘，直肠癌盆腔复发等疾病。
专家介绍：
何超：邵逸夫医院院长。教授，博士生导师。擅长肛肠外科危急及疑难杂症的诊治，尤其是低位直肠癌保肛及高位复杂性肛瘘等高难度的手术治疗
何英慙：教授。在肛门部疾病尤其痔、复杂性肛瘘、肛裂方面有非常高的造诣。
黄学锋：副主任医师。曾在美国M.D anderson肿瘤中心从事博士后研究工作。对肛肠科常见病、疑难病尤其是肛肠肿瘤及转移癌、复杂性肛瘘等的诊治以及肠镜检查及肠镜下治疗有丰富的临床经验。
毛伟芳：副主任医师。擅长肠镜检查及肠镜下治疗；擅长大肠肿瘤及炎症性肠病的诊断及手术治疗，对包括痔、瘘等肛门疾病等有丰富的临床经验。
Department of colorectal surgery
This division of colorectal surgery at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital offers comprehensive care for all problems of the anus, colon and rectum. There are 9 doctors in our division with 2 professors and 2 associate professors. The colorectal surgery service has special interest in colorectal cancer, hemorrhoids, anal fistula, anal fissure and constipation. We also deal with rare and difficult anocolorectal diseases.
Our department provides specialty care in:
1. Diagnosis and treatment of colorectal neoplasm: sphincter-saving resection of low rectal carcinoma, laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer, resection of local recurrent rectal cancer, endoscopic resection of colonic polyps.
2. Restorative proctocolectomy and Ileal Pouch Anal Anastomosis in treating ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease and familial adenomatous polyposis.
3. Diagnosis and therapy of constipation: through investigations like anal manometry, colonic transit test and evacuatory proctography to evaluate the function of colon. Promising results were gotten through surgical interventions in treating constipation.
4. Treatment of hemorrhoids, anal fistula and anal fissure: PPH for treating hemorrhoids alleviates postoperative pain.
5. Diagnosis and treatment of rare and difficult diseases.
Expert：
He Chao, MD, is the president of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital and the Associate Dean of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Dr He is a senior surgeon and professor of colorectal surgery division. He was trained in South-western Medical Center (Colon & Rectal Surgery, 1988-1989) and West Virginia Medical School (1995-1996) in U.S.A.
He has been engaged in colorectal surgery over 20 years. He has much experience in treating colorectal tumor, inflammatory bowl disease and anorectal malformations. He has special interest in recurrent rectal cancer as well as diagnosis and treatment of rare and difficult diseases.
Huang Xuefeng, MD, is an associate surgeon at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University’s School of Medicine. He was graduated from Zhejiang Medical University in 1988, and was a postdoctoral fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center from 2001 to 2002.
He has been engaged in colo-rectal surgery over 16 years, and has much experience in diagnosing and treating colo-rectal and anal diseases. He was skilled in sphincter-saving procedure for lower rectal cancer, and restorative colo-rectal resection. His research interest is in cancer gene therapy and the mechanism involved in the cancer metastasis, especially in colo-rectal cancer.
Mao WeiFang, MD, is an associate surgeon of colorectal division at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Dr Mao WeiFang has been engaged in colorectal surgery over 20 years, and has much experience in treating colorectal diseases. She was skilled in sphincter-saving procedure for lower rectal cancer, coloscopic polypectomy, treating circular hemorrhoid, complicated fistula and constipation. She has special interest in conservative therapy for hemorrhoid bleeding.
Dr He YingCan, is a senior surgeon and professor of colorectal department. She has been engaged in colorectal surgery over 50 years. She has much experience in treating anorectal diseases like rectal cancer, hemorrhoids, anal fistula and anal fissure. She is expert in diagnosis and treatment of rare and difficult anal diseases.
